Yeah dude, the level of day-to-day violence is pretty shocking. What I think is more shocking though, is the spinelessness of the media when choosing not to air these disturbing images. The purpose of the nightly news is not to please advertisers (and therefore turn a profit), the purpose is to educate the electorate, so that they may make informed decisions about the incompetents who so thoroughly botched the job.
